Specialists of the Independent Buyers Association (NAP RF) amounted to rating of the most harmful foods. Only those products were taken as the basis, the regular use of which provokes cardiovascular, oncological, gastrointestinal diseases and diabetes mellitus.
1st place - “the most harmful food product”
Chips and "street" fast food. The technology of manufacturing chips (hydrogenation of vegetable oil) itself leads to the formation of carcinogenic synthetic fats and other carcinogens (acrylamide, benzopyrene). It is carcinogens that provoke the appearance of cancer. All street fast food: khachapuri, french fries and other products that are prepared according to the “chips” technology (in boiling vegetable oil, used many times) pose an increased danger to the human body.
2nd place
Lemonade. With excessive consumption, lemonade upsets the metabolism (excess sugar), synthetic dyes often cause allergies, and carbon dioxide (bubbles) increases the acidity of gastric juice, which leads to gastritis.
3rd place
Cheap sausages. Most often, they do not contain anything natural and are full of dyes, flavors and other synthetics, the safety of which for health has not yet been proven.
Smoked meats. Smoked meat and fish often accumulate benzopyrene - one of the strongest carcinogens.
Ketchups and mayonnaises. Mayonnaises almost always contain carcinogenic synthetic trans fats, and ketchups with starch are synthetic additives whose complete safety for human health has not yet been proven.
4th place
Vegetables and fruitspolluted by industrial and automobile emissions. In vegetables and fruits grown using nitrates, or collected from industrial companies, roads, benzopyrenes and other carcinogens are concentrated.
Products with preservatives. Usually, preservatives contain monosodium glutamate, a toxic substance for the body that causes headaches, vascular convulsions, and metabolic disorders.
5th place
Margarines. Like chips, margarines typically contain carcinogenic trans fatty acid isomers (TIFAs).
Confectionery high in cheap fats and sugar. The regular use of these sweets is the path to metabolic disorders.
Cereal. Food intolerance is often noted on white bread and other cereals in people.
6th place
Caffeine stimulants. These include coffee and energy drinks. A safe dose of coffee is 2-3 cups per day (we are talking about “real” coffee, not “canned” coffee - approx. Ed.), Energy drinks should also not be drunk daily. Exceeding the daily intake leads to the depletion of the nervous system.
Milk. There is almost no “natural" milk in packages on sale - all produced varieties go through a "powdery" stage of preparation, later they are diluted with water, because a "milk drink" is the product that can cause food intolerance.
7th place
Homemade canned food. Manufacturing often takes place with a violation of technology, because of which canned food causes fatal poisoning, for example, botulinum toxin poisoning.
Ice cream. A well-known product often contains synthetic thickeners and flavorings that can slow down the metabolism.
