10. Tap water

The rating opens with a drink that many people use every day - untreated tap water. A person drinks about 40 tons of water throughout his life. If suddenly it does not have any purification, then for all time about 2 buckets of bleach and one iron clove accumulate in people.

Many sports drinks are aimed at maintaining the energy balance in the body and are full of carbohydrates. People involved in sports do not fully understand the appropriateness of using this type of product. Sports fluid is needed only for those people who endure enormous physical activity, i.e. almost always for professional athletes.

For example, a person who has run on a treadmill for only 30 minutes does not need to replenish energy at all, and an athlete who has traveled on a bicycle for 3 hours will need doping only after an hour. Moreover, sports drinks turn into extra fat, as they contain a lot of carbohydrates. And, as everyone knows, unburned kilocalories turn into excess weight.

7. Milk

There is much debate about the dangers or benefits of milk. A child born in childhood receives the food necessary for growth in his diet. However, during the growing up period, people lose the ability to digest this product. A person over the age of 20 rarely drinks this drink, since it suffers from lactose intolerance.

Moreover, in stores the product that has gone through many stages of purification is most often sold. As a result, we get a product completely devoid of useful qualities. Milk also contains many substances harmful to humans, due to which the body can get the following diseases: stomach ulcer, extra growth hormones, increased mucus and pus.

6. Hot black tea or coffee

Probably, many people think that these everyday drinks do not harm the human body at all. However, it is not. Black tea and instant coffee are two artificially created products. One is obtained by creating special conditions for leaf fermentation, and the other uses only low-quality grains for its manufacture.

The main harm in using these drinks is the presence of caffeine in their composition. On average, a person drinks from 3 to 10 cups of coffee or tea per day. The average daily norm of caffeine is about 1 gram, one cup of an invigorating drink contains 1000 mg. Thus, drinking 10 cups of tea or coffee, you consume 10 times more than normal caffeine per day.

5. Juices in bags

After the energy has passed, a feeling of emptiness sets in, which leads to the desire for reuse. Such a scenario is gradually addictive. At the same time, the human cardiovascular and nervous system experiences additional stress. Experts do not recommend consuming energy drinks, but advise just to get enough sleep.

3. Carbonated drinks

The third place of the worst drinks that people drink regularly goes to all known carbonated drinks. The use of such products affects almost the entire human body. A high sugar content can cause diabetes, a large number of flavorings are allergic, and preservatives simply destroy tooth enamel and cause caries.

Doctors do not recommend using these drinks at all. In addition to these harmful substances, carbon dioxide enters the body with soda. A large number of it can cause diseases of the intestinal tract, and to people who already have these diseases, it is generally contraindicated. Try to exclude such drinks from your diet.

2. Alcoholic cocktails

Alcoholic cocktails are very popular in nightclubs among young people. However, consuming a wide variety of cocktails can lead to bad consequences. Alcohol itself has many negative qualities, however, mixing it with various drinks can only aggravate a person’s condition.

For example, mixing energy drinks and strong alcohol can be fatal. The addition of juices, soda and other alcoholic products contributes to the development of diseases of the stomach. Experts do not recommend consuming this type of drink in large quantities and advise completely excluding them from the diet.

Oddly enough, but the first place of the most harmful everyday drinks goes to delicious cold cocktails, common in Russian catering. In most cases, milk chocolate necks cause great harm to the body. Their frequent use causes addiction and obesity.
